The more I read and study the Bible, the more I see what a miracle it is. It’s coherent, from the first page to the last — consistently putting forth the same beautiful and profound message. Where else can we go to find the truth about life and death and everything in between? Our personal experiences can deceive us, science and philosophy have their limitations, and the greatest claims made in the writings of other traditions aren’t verifiable. But God’s word stands up to every test. We can find the deepest truth in the Bible if we earnestly look for it.
Is the Bible true? If you don’t trust the Bible as an authoritative source, I encourage you to investigate the evidence. Even if you already trust the Bible as a reliable source of truth, I urge you to strengthen your reasons for doing so.
